Take payment at the desk

Visits are paid at the studio. Open the appointment in the calendar and choose Checkout.

Check out

Section titled “Check out”
  1. Check the items. You can add products or a package to the same sale.
  2. Enter a Promo code, if the customer has one, and choose Apply.
  3. Choose Go to payment.
  4. Pick how they pay — Cash, Card terminal or Other — and choose Pay.

The customer gets a thank-you email with their receipt.

Paying with what they’ve bought

If the customer has a package or a membership that covers the service, MainLodge offers to pay with it: one credit is used. A gift card pays for the whole sale.

Pay later

Section titled “Pay later”

Closing checkout without paying keeps the sale on the Sales list as unpaid. Open it there to take payment or cancel it.
